All-in-one data protection solution for your organisation's needs.
Benefit from flexible, tailored support, and advice from data protection officers who are experts in the field.

We understand that no two companies are alike, and our services are tailored to fit your needs so that you can be confident that your information is being handled with care.
Our experts provide advice on how to collect, use, store and manage personal data as well as setting up your company’s security procedures. Additionally, they can help you to comply with any other obligations that may apply under the GDPR or any other legislation governing data protection.
To achieve your business objectives and fulfill your legal obligations, DataGuard supports you with outsourced DPO services.

Depending on your preference, our DPOs work remotely or within your organisation, but are an integral part of your team.
They work with you to provide detailed analyses of your current privacy procedures, identify gaps in your policies, create customised policies and train your staff on how to use them.

A Data Protection Officer (DPO) is a person who has been appointed by an organisation to ensure that data protection laws and principles are adhered to. They can be responsible for the management of data, including its collection and processing, as well as its use and disclosure. This includes ensuring that information is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).
A Data Protection Officer provides an independent third party point of view on how your company handles data within its processes. This includes looking at the current level of compliance with any specific laws concerning data protection and ensuring that you are meeting all legal requirements related to any potential breaches within those laws. It also includes helping you make sure that all staff members involved in processing personal information are aware of these policies so they can follow them accordingly when dealing with any sensitive data relating to an individual.
The DPO needs to know about the type of data that is collected, how it is collected and where it goes after collection. They also need to be aware of any special rules related to processing or using this type of information in their organisation.
The UK GDPR applies to all enterprises and organisations equally, although some sections of the regulation, such as the processing of children's data and the profiling of persons, may not apply to your company. Having worked in both public and private sectors, we are certain that our DPOs can assist with privacy compliance regardless of the circumstance.
An outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO) helps to secure the data your organization processes about your customers, suppliers, and workers by adhering to accepted best practices and working with authorities on your behalf.
The DPO role may be outsourced in compliance with the Regulation. This is the most cost-effective option since you have a GDPR expert who can make timely choices and be held responsible for them.
