What is NIS2? How will it impact your business? How can you comply with it?

This new EU Directive, NIS2, imposes stricter legal requirements for cybersecurity in Europe with the goal of:

Achieving a managed security posture maturity,
Addressing the security of supply chains,
Streamlining reporting obligations,
Introducing stricter supervisory security measures
And achieving deep-rooted cyber resilience in Europe.

It also brings legal requirements for cybersecurity risk management measures and reporting obligations.

The good news is that if your organization is already ISO 27001 certified, you have already taken significant steps towards becoming NIS2 compliant. In fact, by building an ISO 27001-compliant ISMS, you complete 70% of the NIS2 requirements.
