What are Security Incidents?
Security incidents are events that can compromise the security of critical infrastructure, encompassing cyberattacks, data breaches, and physical attacks. They are defined as a single or a series of unwanted or unexpected information security events with a significant probability of compromising business operations and threatening information security.
