What are BCRs (Binding Corporate Rules)?

With the use of Binding Corporate Rules, multinational organisations can transmit personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) to their affiliates outside the EU without violating GDPR regulations. There must be enforceable rights to provide proper safeguards for data transfers under such regulations.
