As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll support our customers throughout their journey, help them adopt DataGuard’s solutions, and learn how strategic account management works in practice. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth start with DataGuard.
You assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining regular touchpoints.
You help monitor product usage and identify adoption risks early.
You prepare and join customer meetings, including demos and check-ins.
You collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams.
You support contract renewals and internal handovers.
You document customer insights and feedback in internal systems.

THE QUALITIES YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Up to 1–2 years experience in Customer Success, SaaS, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills in German and English
Interest in SaaS, technology, or digital products
Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
Good organization and time management skills
Willingness to learn and grow quickly
Team player in a dynamic environment
