WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You strategically design, plan, and execute in-person events such as meetups and conferences, and online events including webinars.
You develop specific multi-channel lead generation campaigns in coordination with sales.
You collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and professional services teams to identify, promote, and execute internal and external events.
You manage project deadlines, milestones, and task development while measuring success.
You communicate with internal stakeholders, partners and external event vendors and organizers.
You prepare event briefings, booths, presentations, portfolios, calculations, and budgets.
You identify suitable event locations, suppliers, and trades, and conduct bid negotiations.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD
Proven experience in B2B event marketing or agency events and driving lead generation initiatives over multiple channels.
Hands on experience with both in-person and online events.
Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to measure qualitative and quantitative success.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in German and English.
