WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You actively shape the further development of DataGuard by managing and expanding the entire customer lifecycle for our new InfoSecaaS product
You advise our customers on information security using our platform and develop information security management systems (ISMS) from scratch, which you continue to support afterward
You guide our customers as a trusted partner through the audit process for certifications such as ISO 27001 or TISAX®️
You support our Sales and Customer Success teams in cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers
You drive the evolution of our InfoSec solution by providing valuable feedback to our product team.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

Must:

Solid professional experience in IT and Information Security
Hands-on experience with management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2, or TISAX®️
Previous experience in customer-facing roles (consulting, project management, customer support, etc.)
Process- and customer-oriented mindset
Up-to-date knowledge of IT and information security trends with an interest in data protection
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English

Plus:

IT-related degree or training
Experience in the SaaS or Legal Tech environment

From day one, we’re dedicated to setting you up for success, with purpose and heart. You’ll be paired with a dedicated buddy who ensures you feel not just welcomed, but truly supported every step of the way. Our onboarding starts with an immersive introduction to our business model, structure, and unique culture—alongside a cohort of new joiners who’ll become part of your first bridge-building network.

Once settled, you’ll dive deeper into your team-specific onboarding, exploring the tools, expectations, and goals that will define your role. Through regular check-ins with your buddy, manager, and People Partner, you’ll stay connected, aligned, and empowered to deliver results early on.
